We ship from Puerto Rico using standard or express mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

Lumë.co is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a reshipment fee of $5 USD will apply — no exceptions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry due to hygiene reasons.
